UTFS Alert - circuit LA2 is currently on and holding.  At SERF we have power to the switch, but no further.

If you are in any buildings on circuit LA2 do not start equipment yet.  We are verifying the circuit will hold.  We will then check phasing at SERF.

Reminder, this may actually entail several short outages on circuit LA2 while we get the switch at SERF properly phased to circuit LA2.
