UTFS Alert - outage for circuit LA2 is scheduled for 6:00 PM.  It is expected to last two hours.  This will be to connect SERF to circuit LA2 and to test new equipment.  

While we are delayed (plus delays for rain) from when we were anticipating the circuit 2 outage, we have actually progressed further than anticipated.  If this outage is successful, we will have power restored into SERF.  We decided to delay the outage to allow our personnel to get further along.  This delay has actually sped up the overall process.

Reminder, this may actually entail several short outages on circuit LA2 while we get the switch at SERF properly phased to circuit LA2.
