One (1) electrical power outage (PO) (See definition of Power Outage) has been scheduled for the following buildings (see Building list below).
The outage will affect all circuits (LA1,LA2,LA3,LA4) at the Laurel Station and will be as follows:
Power Outage
The Power Outage will start Monday, July 31st at 6:00pm and continue for 12 hours ending on Tuesday, August 1st at 6:00 am
The reason for the outage is to add new GIS 15KV switchgear and new circuits LA5 and LA7 included in the Laurel Station Phase II contract.
Definition: A Power Outage (PO) is described as any schedule event greater than 2 hours.
This power outage consists of operating [4] 13.2KV distribution circuit breakers and turning power off to the complete UT Laurel substation.
