Enemies" Ambassador Carey Cavanaugh, career foreign service officer presents this
lecture. Presently the director of the Univ. of Kentucky Patterson School of Diplomacy
Wed., April 13, 5:30 pm, As part of Navy Week in Knoxville, Rear Admiral Terry Moulton,
Deputy Surgeon General and Deputy Chief, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery for the US
Navy will present a lecture.
