Outage will start Friday, Aug 12th 2016 at 3:15am . Buildings affected:

The reason for the outage is for Electrical Services to perform emergency maintenance work at our main UT 13.2KV substation overhead structure. (UTK circuits 3,4,5,6)

Definition:   A Switching Power Outage (SPO)  is described as any schedule event less than 5 minutes. The switching power outage consists of operating 13.2KV switches at one building. This operation is open transition from a Normal source to Standby source or vice versa.
