UT Fall semester starts next week, so before we get overwhelmed, we have a new series of 
essays we are promoting.  These short essays are called "On Point" as they are very brief 
points made about specific topics.  We have just posted three on our website -  
bakercenter.utk.edu.  Two are on the EPA's Clean Power Plan (Dr. Mary English & Dr. Charles 
Sims) and one on the South China Sea Dispute (Dr. Krista Wiegand). I have attached them 
here as well.  

Soon - we will send out a tentative fall schedule of speakers!  See you in late August!
