Another snowy day and a reminder about upcoming programs at the Baker Center.  All 
are held in the Toyota and free and open to the public, UNLESS NOTED below.  The 
luncheon is $25/person and the deadline is March 9 to register or until full-flyer attached.

White House Intern, Julia Ross, US Congressional intern Jacob Clark and TN Legislator 
intern Savannah Dabney, will discuss their experiences and share tips with students on

March 5, 5:30 pm  – "Climate Change as a Catalyst for Conflict" – UK Rear Admiral (Ret) 
Neil Morisetti and USMC Lt. General (Ret.) John Castellaw and moderator, Ben Preston, 
ORNL Climate Change researcher, will discuss this important issue. The US and the UK 
have long been partners in the world forum with shared economic, trade and security 
interests.  National security and military leaders from both nations have now identified 
climate change as one of the most significant challenges facing the global security

Join us for lunch with our special guests: Cissy Baker, Darek Baker, Lonnie Strunk, Tom

Stansberry and others. 

Along with the stories, you will enjoy "Automata" — beautiful sculptures (art cars) by 
former UT Art professor, Clark Stewart. Then following lunch you can view Sen. Baker’s 
unique car collection on display at the Baker Center before an auction on Saturday, March 
14 at 11 am.  Proceeds from the lunch and auction will benefit the programs at the 
Howard H. Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy.  Register by March 9 to 974-0931 or online

Join us Saturday morning for our open house and see Sen. Baker’s wonderful car 
collection for the last time. Sen. Baker’s car collection will be auctioned by Furrow 
Auction to benefit the programs of the Baker Center beginning at 11 am. More
