We are looking for veteran volunteers for a study to help those who
may not know they have PTSD and get them started moving toward
treatment.  The online game has players learn how to create comics to
tell their story.  The game has two phases.  In the first phase they
learn how to use the tools, and read comics about PTSD.  In the second
phase they start working with their own story.

SIFT is small research company not associated with the VA, hence us
reaching out to you to find veterans. We need to reach the people who
have PTSD, but don't know it. If you would like to help us we have a
suggested message below that you can post to an email list or facebook
group.   Dan Thomsen ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>) is the lead researcher and
would be happy to answer any questions you might have about the study
or the game. Please be sure to include his address if you reply to this email.

Our research protocol has been approved by both Ethical and
Independent Review Services (www.eandireview.com<http://www.eandireview.com> study number 13071 -
01A) case and Human Research Protection Office (HRPO) from the US Army
Medical Research and Material Command (USAMRMC) Fort Detrick, MD.
We are glad to send you our whole protocol if you like.

As moderators if you would like to check out the game content before
approving you can go to https://saga.sift.net:9443 (our test server)
Once you click through the initial surveys email us and we can add you
to the group that will see the game content.
