Hi all,

We had originally discussed running a hackathon for genomics lessons and 
assessment materials for Data Carpentry in February, but it looks like 
February will be tough. So, it seems like March would be better.

The idea is to have a 3 day hackathon where we get together to develop 
genomics modules for Data Carpentry and at the same time develop the 
assessment for the lessons. It would also be great to work on the 
assessment for the current set of lessons. Many of the participants will 
be CollabIT folks, but we'll also be able to bring in some other people. 
This is supported by funding from SESYNC, and it's a really great 
opportunity! Thank you Mike and Mary!

First we need to figure out when interested CollabIT people can make it 
though, so if you're interested in participating or know someone at your 
center who would be interested could you fill out this Doodle poll, so 
we can see what dates might work?
