Mandatory Dates:
RecFest 2014
Tues. August 19th (12pm-2pm) @ TRECS
-At least 1 club representative must be in attendance
-They must arrive by 11:45am and stay the entire event
-Bring something for people to sign up on (pad of paper, laptop, etc.)
-Bring your practice schedule and home event schedule, encourage people
to attend your games/matches if they don't want to play
-FREE food, but bring your UT ID! (NO ID = NO FREE FOOD)
-If your club wants to bring a large showcase item, you must send that
request in by Wednesday August 13th (Boat, Shell, etc.)

Student Engagement Fair (Student Organization Fair) August 22 7pm-11pm @
Pedestrian Walkway
UTMA Judo Tournament, November 7(setup) and November 8(tournament and clean
up). We would greatly appreciate the support of all of the martial arts
disciplines to conduct the tournament. This is our primary club fundraiser
for the year.
We would like to organize a UTMA public service project for this semester.
Please volunteer to help plan or participate in the activity.
