If you know of incoming UT Freshmen interested in government, politics or public
service, please tell them to check out the Baker Center Living and Learning
Community (BCLLC).
The BCLLC is composed of around 20 freshmen who take courses together in the
fall and in the spring that engage students in all aspects of the policy process
through a policy simulation, a policy research project, roundtable discussions,
guest lectures, and more. As a learning community, we seek to connect students
both inside and outside of the classroom. Our students live together in Morrill Hall
and we provide fun activities and networking opportunities for them as well.
Attached is our promotional flyer and more information about the program and the
application for the BCLLC can be found here: http://bakercenter.utk.edu/student-
engagement/learning-community/
