5/2 is the next scheduled meeting.  It sounds like it would be OK to use that meeting to discuss the upcoming Data Carpentry workshop, how it's structured and how helpers can help, answer questions and go through any final logistical details.

Karen, Ethan, Hilmar and I met yesterday just to figure out who was going to teach what.  Karen and Hilmar won't be able to make the 5/2 call, but we'll be sure to distribute instructor materials beforehand, so we can get feedback or comments.
