Hello all!
With the start of a new school year, all instructors (including those who
are current UT students) need to fill out a volunteer form and a new
non-student or student waiver. This paperwork is required by Sport Clubs
management, and ensures that all current instructors will have access to the
facilities in TRECS and HPER. The paperwork can be found here:

Also, please be sure to have all of your class participants fill out new
student waivers for the 2013-2014 academic year. There are blank waivers in
the box in Studio 10.
