Sen. Richard Lugar (R-I, 1977-2013) will present the Ashe Lecture on August 27,
1:30 pm, Toyota Auditorium. Sen. Lugar is the longest serving Congressman in
Indiana history and before entering Congress, he was the mayor of Indianapolis.
He now runs the Lugar Center in Washington, DC, which focuses on nuclear non-
proliferation, food security, foreign aid effectiveness, and other issues. He will
provide his thoughts on US foreign policy opportunities and challenges. Free &
