--- Thomas Lynch will read at Writers in the Library, tonight at 7 p.m. in the Hodges Library auditorium. Lynch's book "The Undertaking" was the subject of an award-winning episode of PBS's "Frontline." The Undertaking is a chronicle of small-town life and death told through the eyes of a poet who is also an undertaker. More at library.utk.edu/writers.

--- The Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority's 2013 Spring Week runs now through Feb. 16. Events include "AKAcise for the Heart," 7 p.m. tonight in the I-House Great Room. --- Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship will host a "Dance the Night Away" fundraiser semi-formal from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Feb. 14th at the John XXIII Catholic Center.
