Two [2] electrical power outages(See definition of power outage) have been scheduled for the following buildings (see list below). 
The first outage will begin on Friday, August 2nd , 2013 at 11:00 pm and will end on Saturday August 3rd , 2013 at 1:00 am.  
The second outage will begin on Saturday, August 3rd , 2013 at 8:00 pm and will end on Saturday August 3rd , 2013 at 10:00 pm.  
The purpose of these power outages is to install underground duct back at the corner of Lake Loudon Blvd and Phillip Fulmer Way.

Definition: Power Outage (PO) - 4-6 hours
	        	       The power outage consists of operating a 13.2KV switch at the SUBSTATION. 
 	        	       This operation turns power off to the complete circuit (all buildings attached 
	      	       to the circuit).
