I read through some of the posts in that thread, as well as some of the 
job ads. I subscribe to the LIBJOBS mailing list, and I haven't seen many 
of the jobs recently posted on the Code4Libs list, which means that there 
is at least one area where there is a real disconnect between jobseekers 
and job ads.
