An electrical power outage (PO) (See definition of power outage below) has been scheduled for the buildings listed below. 

The outage will begin on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 1:00 am and will end on Saturday March 24, 2012 at 7:00 am.  
The purpose of this outage is to install new 15KV cable in underground distribution for the New Laurel Substation project.

Definition: Power Outage (PO) -- 6 hours
                    The power outage consists of operating a 13.2KV switch at the SUBSTATION. 
                    This operation turns power off to the complete circuit (all buildings attached 
                    to the circuit).
