An electrical power outage (PO) (See definition of power outage) has been scheduled for the following buildings (see building list below). The outage will begin on Sunday, January 6th, 2013 at 10:00 am and will end on Sunday January 6th, 2013 at 8:00 pm.  The purpose of this outage is to transfer UT buildings located on Middle Drive,  Lower Drive and Estabrook Road to the new Laurel substation circuit LA3. 

Definition: Power Outage (PO) - 6-10 hours
	        The power outage consists of operating a 13.2KV switch at the SUBSTATION. 
 	        This operation turns power off to the complete circuit (all buildings attached 
	        to the circuit).
