An electrical power outage (PO) (See definition of power outage) has been scheduled for the following buildings (see building list below). The outage will begin on Sunday December 16th, 2012 at 11:00 am and will end on Sunday December 16th, 2012 at 4:00 pm.  The purpose of this outage is to transfer UT buildings north of Cumberland to the new Laurel substation circuit LA1.  


Definition:
 Power Outage (PO) - 4-6 hours
	        The power outage consists of operating a 13.2KV switch at the SUBSTATION. 
 	        This operation turns power off to the complete circuit (all buildings attached  to the circuit).
