Hey Golden Key Membership,

I hope the semester is going well for each and every one of you. First off,
I want to apologize for the idleness this semester. We have been trying to
get a few service projects aligned, but for various reasons, we were unable
to get our ducks in a row. However, we are still working to get at least one
more service project set up before the end of the year.

On another note, we will be having our final meeting on Wednesday, April
20th at 7:00 in the UC room 220. This meeting will be important because we
will be having elections and all but one of our officers will be graduating.
I highly encourage anyone interested in becoming an officer to email me with
any questions about the various positions. There are many benefits to being
an officer, and I strongly stand by this statement: Serving as chapter
president has been of great benefit and has directly impacted my future. It
has been without a doubt one of the top three experiences of my college
career. Again, please email me if you are interested.

Finally, attached are scholarship applications specifically for our chapter.
Every grade classification is eligible for the general scholarship, which
awards $100 to a member of each level. The WHFB scholarship awards $500 to a
junior or senior who has displayed an innovative approach to his or her
education. The deadline for both scholarships is April 15.
