Dear Math Honors Students,
The National Science Foundation allows the Math Honors Program to pay
scholarships of up to $5000 per year, depending on our budget. This year
each of you received $4000 (or $2000 for spring), but in looking at the
final budget numbers we see that the budget is sufficient for $5000
scholarships this year. Therefore all current math honors students will
receive an additional $1000 scholarship in the next couple of weeks
(depending on how long the paperwork takes), including those added to the
program this spring.
I should have final word on scholarships for next fall in the next few days.
