Message : The vendor has recommended that OIT system administrators upgrade the firmware in the SAN storage servers. The upgrade will begin at 7:00pm this evening and should be complete by 12:00am.
This upgrade will help us to identify the root cause of the problems that we are experiencing. The upgrade affect the following systems and services:
