From Emily Moore, Public Relations/ Employment Chair of Southern Appalachian Chapter of Special Libraries Association...

Hi! I have been putting new job listings on the SAC Job site (http://units.sla.org/chapter/csap/jobs.htm <https://tmail.utk.edu/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://units.sla.org/chapter/csap/jobs.htm> ) for a short while now. It is very eye-opening to see what is out there. Some sound so interesting and I hope that they may have perked your interest as much as they have mine. While this page is evolving, I already see some items that need to change. First, I have limited the job announcement time on the site to one month instead of two because of the volume of jobs I am listing. Secondly, I have decided to add a listing at the bottom of the page of places where you can visit and set up your own alerts. I don't list every job that I see. The list on the Jobs Page is NOT inclusive of all that is out there. I solicit your suggestions on improvements and changes. If you know of a site that shows Special Librarian jobs, please forward that to me. In these difficult economic times, anyone seeking a job would certainly appreciate it
