Library: Bethel College seeks candidates for the Director of Library.
The director will provide leadership and administrative oversight for all
aspects of library service operations. Qualifications include M.L.S. from
an ALA accredited program, and a minimum of five years of academic library
experience with progressive administrative and supervisory
responsibility. The candidate will be involved with serving on faculty
committees and campus related organizations as appointed.

Library Distant Learning: Bethel College seeks candidates for a Distance
Learning and Reference Librarian. The candidate should serve as a partner
in the college mission by establishing strong relationships with faculty
and students. The candidate will also be able to develop and maintain
distance library services to off-campus and Web-based programs.
Qualifications include M.L.S. from an ALA accredited program, knowledge of
online resources and communication tools, teaching experience and
experience in web design.
