Position: Marketing Associate
Serve as a key contributor to the business development team to drive demand
creation for PerfectServe's products in both the physician practice and
hospital market segments.
The individual will be responsible for the results of a variety of marketing
projects and initiatives including national and regional direct mail
campaigns, regional hospital deployment and account development programs,
referral and incentive programs, and special events such as workshops and
trade shows. Will contribute to the development and maintenance of
PerfectServe's marketing communications tools, including client and prospect
databases, electronic documents, web site, brochures and sales process and
account development materials.
Strengths required to excel in this position include: demonstrated ability
to develop new marketing programs and oversee successful implementation,
experience in product and brand management, strong analytical and critical
thinking skills with the ability to design data collection models and
measure and interpret results, strong project management and organizational
skills, ability to work within tight deadlines, multitask and detail
oriented. Demonstrated desktop publishing and design, and written
communications skills. Database marketing skills are preferred. Bachelor's
degree in marketing or equivalent required.
