Communications Specialist

This person serves as a support role in the business development group
through assisting with marketing communications efforts including direct
mail, newsletters, trade shows, advertising and more. Some of the
responsibilities of this position include copy preparation, ordering
printed materials, coordinating PayMaxx's participation in trade shows,
assisting with the quarterly newsletter and creation of PowerPoint
presentations. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the
marketing department of a growing company and to grow with the company.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in communications,
journalism, or related field plus one to two years experience or a
combination of education and experience; extraordinary communication
skills, both verbal and written; the ability to handle multiple tasks
and shifting priorities; and proficient PC skills.
