This is really important for us to show here so that we are invited to do the
Job Fair in the Fall... which is paid ($500). Do any of you have time to
coordinate this? We'll also need workers... if we could have 20 people who can
spare an hour, then we'll have the whole day taken care of! Thanks!!!

I am coordinating the volunteers for the 2005 Career Expo scheduled for April
6 from 10am-3:30pm, and I understand that your group wants to participate this
year. If you do wish to participate, we will need volunteers from your group
during the whole time frame, plus set up and take down. Let me know if your
group is still interested so that I can set up a meeting with a representative
from your group sometime next week. I am available on Tuesdays and Thursdays
