Golden Key Meeting January 13, 2004

Here’s a short summary for all those who couldn’t make it out to the meeting:

We have a couple of officer positions open for this semester, Correspondence
Secretary and Treasurer. If you are interested in either of these please

Green School after school tutoring will be starting back up this semester.
This is a great opportunity if you are free from 3 to 4 on one or more days
Monday through Thursday. If interested e-mail David Deane for more information

Regional Conference is coming up February 27th through the 29th. This is a
great opportunity to learn and become a leader, even if you are not on the
executive board. This year’s conference will be in Louisville, KY with very

MLK Day of Service is Saturday January 17th. If you are interested sign up
with the Team Vols office on the third floor of the UC.

Dance Marathon is right around the corner on February 6th and 7th. Sign up to
be on the Golden Key team during the next Blitz Week and have some fun while
helping kids.

The Scholars Bowl for Green School is coming up on Thursday February 26th and
Friday the 27th. If you have at least an hour free on one of these mornings
come out and help these kids have a fun time.

Our annual Valentine’s Day Rose Sale is coming up on February 12th and 13th in
the UC Plaza. Come help us make Hershey kiss roses at the next meeting or buy
some roses for Valentine ’s Day.

Meetings are to be held on the 2nd Tuesday and 4th Wednesday of every month at
6:30 with the exception of Spring Break.

The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday January 28th at 6:30 in the UC
room 220. There is a social to follow so come hungry.
