Hi,
I'm an independent marketing and PR writer. I'm wondering whether it's
advisable to offer some sort of money-back guarantee to clients when I do PR
work for them because there's no guarantee of landing any media coverage. It
would be a way of showing the client that I'll do my best, but that I am
willing to refund some (maybe 50%?) if they don't get any results. The
specific results required for the refund would have to be outlined up front.
Does anyone do this?
