To Volunteer Chapter PRSA Members:

 Earlier this month most of you received a questionnaire from me
 that is designed to assess the status of the inclusion of
 minorities in the decision-making process in communications and
 public relations organizations in Knoxville, Tennessee. The
 response rate so far has been good, but I still have not heard from some
 of you. Please send in your responses as soon as possible. If you need
 another copy or did not receive a copy, just let me know and I will send
 one to you.

 Filling out the questionnaire is entirely voluntary. The information
 obtained from this research will be used in an anthology on minority
 involvement in communications professions. No specific names of agencies
 will be used. Cassandra McGee, a local public relations practitioner,
 is assisting me in this project.
