Subject: NC1186 Annual Meeting Schedule
Good morning all,
Please see the attached schedule for the NC1186 meeting this Wednesday (April 20). We will plan to start at 8:30AM on Wednesday with station reports. Each participant/representative gets 10 min for a station report. Please be contentious of this time as we are going to try to get everything conducted in a single day. If anyone is planning on presenting and not listed, please let me know ASAP, so I can make adjustments.
I elected to start at 8:30. Please make a note that this is CST. I apologize to those on the west coast attending virtually, I put you later in the program. If any virtual attendees need to shift their time, we can easily accommodate changes. Just let me know.
In person attendees will head to downtown Hammond for lunch. Which will take approximately 2 hours. We will plan to start the meeting back at 3PM (CST) for the business meeting.
Those attending in-person, I will send another email shortly with information on travel, meals, Thursday tours, etc.
Best,
Jeb
