Hi everyone,
I recently accepted a new position. Part of the position is maintaining the book stacks on three floors of our library. 
I am pretty much building a stacks maintenance program and don't know where to start. I have three student workers. I recently created shelf reading logs for them. They are required to shelf read for at least 30 minutes per shift but I don't know if this is enough. It just feels like a drop in the bucket so far. 
Can anyone share their policies and procedures or critique mine? I would love to discuss what you do!
