Unfortunately I have a commitment on campus those days and will not be able to travel. I'd certainly like to join (it's been too long) the meeting in person if it works schedule wise.
Best,
Doug

Thank you to all who replied. I want to ask anyone else planning to attend the NC1186 meeting in Louisiana (April 19-21) to let us know ASAP. At this time we only have five people who have indicated their plans to join in person. We may look to postpone/move to virtual if not enough people are able to participate.
Happy Mardi Gras!
Jeb

Subject: NC1186 Annual Meeting in Louisiana
Greetings all,
I hope everyone is well and ready for a wonderful spring. I have had quite a few people contact me about holding NC1186 as a virtual event. Just so everyone knows, we will have a virtual option for the business meeting and station reports. However, I want to ensure we have a large enough contingency for holding the in-person meeting. Would you please just send me a quick email if you are planning on attending in-person or if you know you will be attending virtually/not attending, that would also be helpful. The meeting is being planned for April 19-21 in Hammond, LA.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you all,
Jeb
