Hello from Virginia!

The University of Richmond, a small, highly selective University, is hiring for a new position, an Assistant Director of the new Student Center for Equity and Inclusion, formerly the offices of Common Ground and Multicultural Affairs. This new position will focus on the needs of Latinx and AAPI students through programming, advocacy, and direct support of individual students and student organizations. It will be a part of a Center that will support all students of color, the LGBTQ+ community, and first-gen and low-income students.

UR is unusual in that it meets 100% of demonstrated need and is need blind in admission. The deadline is flexible, but we'd love to get someone by September. Please forward to your colleagues.
