I wanted to send the attached flier and ask your support in getting this information out to all veterans on your mailing lists, all Veteran Service Officers, military-related organizations (Active-Duty, Guard and Reserve) and all other veteran service organizations in your area.  Seating capacity at the church is 650 with plenty of parking.
Our goal is to get veterans out of the shadows and to not be afraid or ashamed to reveal and work-on resolving any PTSD-related issues by contacting and using the resources available to them.   We, also, can hopefully guide them toward understanding that they have much to give to their families and to society.  Also, it’s important that we shine the light on working toward heading off the growing suicide epidemic among veterans of all wars.   We believe this 1st of Tennessee PTSD Town Hall Meetings can be a good healing process for all involved.
